Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited. If you discover any such issue, you must report it to fa99 immediately.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Fa99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates any of the above rules.
Payments, Transactions & Account Balance
Deposit Rules
All financial transactions on fa99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit amounts must meet the applicable minimum threshold.
Use your own verified mobile number when making deposits. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests may take some time to process. fa99 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be put on hold if fraud is suspected or if a terms violation is identified.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Bonuses and promotional offers may carry separate terms and conditions. Specific wagering requirements may need to be met before withdrawing bonus balances. If bonus abuse is detected, the balance will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
